Zoomlion-Enviro always contacts customers within 24 hours after customers win the bidding so as to install the charging pile for them and ensure that the charging pile is matched with the vehicle pile. In addition, Zoomlion-Enviro provides multi-faceted services covering charging pile hardware, charging field design, operation software for the charging field, etc.

Our professional service teams are stationed all over to follow up services, carry out all-round inspection and debugging on the equipment, ensure that vehicles are in good condition, assist customers to apply for vehicle licenses, and establish vehicle archives for customers. After products are delivered, the pilot run for one month is supported. We shall train customers with our special vehicle maintenance knowledge to improve their standardization in using and maintaining their vehicles, and make return visits regularly

EIC System Warranty
The warranty period for the accessories, motor and control system is 1 year; while that for batteries is 5 - 8 years
